Roadmap

Make the map, then build the spacecraft.

GTO is in early planning. The first job is to turn a big thesis into a narrow, responsible, testable mission.

Phase 0

Project foundation

Stand up the site, repo, deployment path, project memory, and research wiki so the work compounds instead of scattering across chats and notes.

Phase 1

Mission definition

Define the minimum credible mission: payload, success criteria, spacecraft class, operations concept, and the first realistic cost model.

Phase 2

Compliance map

Understand radio licensing, debris mitigation, launch-provider requirements, and any other gates before committing to flight hardware.

Phase 3

Launch path

Compare rideshare and deployer paths, clarify integration requirements, and identify what has to be true before vendor conversations get serious.

Phase 4

Prototype

Build ground-testable subsystem experiments before pretending anything is ready for orbit.
